Fixed fees in Hungary
Company formation, residence and work permits and monthly accounting in Hungary each have a fixed fee, confirmed in writing before work starts. Hungarian lawyers in our network carry out the legal work under Hungarian law.
Everything else comes with a predictable offer
Where the scope depends on the country, the industry or what you are trying to do, we work the same way every time. Tell us about the matter and what you want to achieve. We review it and send a written offer, either a fixed fee or hourly rates with an agreed cap, so the cost is predictable before work starts. If the scope stays the same, so does the fee.

Do the Hungary fixed fees include VAT?
No. The fixed fees for Hungary are net amounts and exclude Hungarian VAT.
When is a package fixed-fee, and when do I get a quote?
Company formation, residence and work permits and monthly accounting in Hungary have a fixed fee confirmed in writing before work starts. For a Country in a Box package, worldwide set-up, India in a Box or the China corridor packages, we review the matter first and send a written offer, either a fixed fee or hourly rates with an agreed cap.
Is every one of the 98 countries covered the same way?
Hungary and India each have a dedicated package because of how much of the process is specific to that country. For any other network country, company set-up worldwide applies the same approach: we scope the entity question, and a member or partner firm on the ground does the local filing.
Who actually does the work in another country?
A member or partner firm licensed to practise there. You keep one main contact on our side, and we coordinate the local firm's work for you.
Is what we tell you kept confidential?
Yes. We share it only with the people who need it to answer you or do the work, here and at the local firm's, where relevant. See our privacy notice.
What if the matter involves both Hungary and China?
