Hungarian-law contract templates for everyday operations
A new company starts signing things on day one, usually with documents translated from the parent company's home-country templates. Those templates encode a different legal system, and the clauses that matter most (notice periods, termination, penalties, jurisdiction) are exactly the ones that do not survive translation. The damage is invisible until someone tries to rely on the document.

Is a template really enough?
For routine, repeated documents: yes, and it is the sensible way to buy them. For a transaction that matters: no, and we will say so rather than sell you a template for it. The pack exists to stop you improvising the ordinary things.
Are the documents bilingual?
Yes, Hungarian alongside English or Chinese. Hungarian law does not force a contract to be in Hungarian, but for several documents the language you choose changes what protects you: for an employee who does not read Hungarian, the law requires the content to be read and explained to them for the document to be valid, and we set out plainly which language version governs if the two ever diverge.
Does the pack cover data protection?
Yes. The mandatory notices your company has to give employees, customers and suppliers under GDPR and Hungarian data protection law are included, drafted for your actual data flows.
